BETTER IS A CHOICE /

  • The individual training with Eddiesmethod has 1 call each month to review goals, calendar, nutrition, training and behaviours. An individual training plan. Nutritional guidance and support. Advanced or beginner athletes are all welcome

  • As we work with a max of twenty athletes, we might not guarantee an immediate spot. We always do a sixty minute zoom call to make sure you are able to be part of the team. It's not about the level, it's about the willpower.

  • That depends on the athlete, the goal and the availability of the athlete. Some train ninety minute per day , others train four hours per day.
