Heroes’ Program

£250/ month

Individual training plan, Nutritional guidance and support and one call each month to review goals, calendar, nutrition, training and behaviours. Advanced or beginner athletes are all welcome.

Coaching Mentorship

£1500

Eight 1-on-1 meetings covering the concepts of and outstand Coaching: Aerobic development, Anaerobic development, Strength, Weightlifting, Program Design, periodisation and Nutrition.
