What’s included

Individual Training Program

Some train 90 min per day , others train 4 hours per day. Here, we create a Training Plan aligned with your goals, schedule and competitions and give you constant feedback on your sessions.

Nutritional guidance and support

At Eddiesmehod, we believe that training and nutrition go hand in hand on the athletes’ journey so our program includes Nutrition guidance regarding your macros, lifestyle and diet.

One call per month

It’s an one to one call with the Coach where we review your goals, your calendar, nutrition, training and behaviours. It’s a moment where you can talk with the Coach about anything.

Monthly Membership
£250/mo

The individual training with Eddiesmethod has 1 call each month to review goals, calendar, nutrition, training and behaviours. An individual training plan. Nutritional guidance and support. Advanced or beginner athletes are all welcome
